SKF remains a prominent position in the world’s bearings production. Lately, the firm has gone through some reorganizing, leading to the centralization of sales in the EMEA region. We were asked to help them identify new synergies and “customer-product” connections that could potentially lead to new sales opportunities.

CONCLUSION

Thanks to our experience in Business Intelligence, we measured the similarities of customers’ shopping carts and we identified the potential to further shopping and interesting margins.
