The operator of 370 pharmacy branch offices was failing to effectively manage the service level in all the offices. The differences were significant and the goods in pharmacies were often unavailable.

At Dr. Max, we implemented our VERITICO STOCK software which forecasts demand and operates with stock using AI.

CONCLUSION

Thanks to the automatic ordering system, designed to operate with and optimize stock, each pharmacy store saves up to 2 hours a day. Simultaneously, a revision of the delivery plans was made to optimize the frequency of deliveries. That resulted in increasing the stock availability by 4%, increasing the sales by 5% and decreasing the logistic costs. Plus, there is just the right amount of stock in the warehouse!
